3-dagen oude albino puppy had geen enkele kans om te overleven en dit is hij nu 1

Some dogs, unfortunately, never get a chance. Due to irresponsible breeding, many dogs are put on the streets and usually they don't make it.

An example of such a story comes from California. It all started with a bread breeder who did not take good care of a litter of puppies.

These puppies had many problems and their situation was heartbreaking.

When a woman heard the cries of a puppy less than 3 days old, she immediately paused.

The entire nest was literally hanging on their last breath and they desperately needed help!

A concerned neighbor

A concerned neighbor heard the cries of the pupp ies and knew they needed help.

The puppies were only a few days old and needed someone to take care of them.

Unfortunately, the mother had died of hemorrhage and left the puppies all alone.

Clanay Reza came to the rescue

Clanay Reza, an animal lover with a huge heart and an independent rescuer from California, got a call from the breeder's neighbor and asked her if she could help.

Lucky was the smallest of all the puppies and many people thought he might not survive. But Clanay didn't give up.

For the first eight weeks of Lucky's life, Clanay had to feed him every 20 minutes. She barely slept and always made sure Lucky was safe and sound.

She said, "I never knew if tomorrow was in store for him."

A difficult first year

Lucky faced many health problems. He was diagnosed with a fungal infection, a corneal ulcer and he was blind in one eye.

When he was four months old, that eye had to be removed. He also turned out to be an albino, a defect caused by inbreeding.

Despite all the misery, Lucky never lost his will to live.

Clanay said, "He's had a roller coaster of a life in his first year, but I'm grateful for all the bumps in the road we've had with him. They have only made my love for him stronger."

A happy ending

Today Lucky is eight years old and living a beautiful life.

His incredible fighting spirit helped turn him into a strong, confident dog. Lucky is the perfect companion.

He absolutely loves everyone, especially children, because that is how he has always behaved.

He is part of Clanay's loving family and he is the quirkiest, fluffiest and cuddliest member.

He even has a new sister to play with.
