Dog Abandoned After Owners Moved Is Terrified Of Her Rescuers 1

Leaving dogs without finding a new home for them is really mean.

It is completely bad when owners move and just leave their dogs without anything to eat. It is very sad and should not happen.

This story is about a sweet dog who was abandoned by her owners when they moved out of their home.

Lacy lived happily with her owners in a cozy home. She loved to play in the garden and cuddle with her family in the evening.

But one day, everything changed. Lacy's owners packed up and moved, leaving her behind.

It was a sad and confusing situation for Lacy. She didn't understand why her family had left her all alone.

Abandoned and alone

Lacy wandered the streets, looking for her family. But they were nowhere to be found.

She felt scared and lost and didn't know what to do.

As the days passed, Lacy grew weaker and sadder.

Salvation and hope

Being abandoned had an impact on her. She was very sad and afraid of other people because she did not know how to behave around them.

Fortunately, kind people found Lacy and took her to a shelter.

There she was given food, water and checked. Rescuers discovered that Lacy had heartworms and needed urgent care.

They discovered she had heartworms and probably had a cold, but there was nothing they could do about that.

What surprised them most was how closed she was in dealing with people.

She was always tired and depressed. Something had to be done about that.

Rescuers believe she has not had a happy home and it will be some time before she can trust anyone again.

Although it is sad to see her go through such things while still so young, she is now in safety and in the care of people who will help her.

A new beginning

Lacy was placed in a foster home, where she slowly began to heal.

With love and patience, her foster parents helped her feel safe again.

Lacy wagged her tail again for the first time in a long time, a sign that she was beginning to trust people again.

Finding Happiness

After three weeks, Lacy's mood improved significantly. She played and cuddled with her foster parents, grateful for their kindness.

But it was time for Lacy to find her new home.

This meant she would be placed on an adoption list so she could find a forever home for herself.

Although we don't know what happened next, one thing is clear: she has hope.

With the love and support of her foster family, Lacy was ready to begin a new chapter in her life.
