Dog discovers he is going to visit grandparents and can't hide his joy 1

Excitedly looking forward to a visit to the fun and loving grandparents is something children do, but one couple's dog shows that he is just as excited about visiting the grandparents.

In a TikTok video that has already been viewed nearly 30 million times, owners Skylar and Deko approach the end of a 20-hour drive from Phoenix to Kansas City, Missouri.

Their good dog Nosh sits in the back seat and looks out the window.

Suddenly Skylar asks the dog Nosh if he would like to visit Safta and Boppa, his grandparents' nicknames, and he responds immediately.

You can almost hear him say: "What, grandpa and grandma? Are you serious? I'm so excited I almost can't take it! When will we get there!!!" only it comes out as a series of squeals of delight.

What did grandparents do to get such a reaction to saying their names?

That belly massage he gets when he sees Grandpa?

"He always responds so much to grandparents," Skylar told me, "whether it's been months or just a few hours since he last saw them."

@sky.q The other video got a “sensitive content warning” because of the end… but why?? 😂 #repost #dogsofttiktok #dogs #australiancattledog #blueheeler #acd #heeler #cattledog ♬ original sound - Sky.Q

She said they waited until they were five minutes away before telling him, and he acted that way for the full five minutes until they arrived.

It is not at all surprising that they waited until they were almost there before telling Nosh where they were going.

Can you imagine if he had to wait even longer?

Skylar shared another video showing the love between Nosh and his favorite people.

If you're curious about what kind of dog Nosh is, it's an Australian Cattle Dog, also known as a Blue Heeler.

You can see more videos of his enthusiasm when he goes to Grandpa and Grandma's house on Skylar's TikTok channel.
