Linda spent her days at a gas station, where she had to survive all alone.

People at the gas station said Linda regularly came to them begging for food.

She had been living there for a few years and experienced the challenges of street life.

One day the rescuers of Love Furry Friends heard about Linda's situation.

They knew they had to step in and help this little puppy who had been alone for far too long.

The rescue mission

The rescuer found Linda at the gas station, where she had already had a few litters of puppies. Linda, despite her hard life, was not shy of people.

She obediently accompanied the rescuer to the vet and that was the beginning of her great adventure.

"At the gas station, Linda had had to survive on her own for a long time. She couldn't be left there during the winter or have any more puppies," the rescuer told me.

Visit to the dog grooming salon

At the vet, Linda's health was examined. Despite her time on the streets, Linda was in good condition.

Her age was estimated at about two years. She had some fleas and ticks, but not anything that a day at the dog groomer couldn't fix.

"After a day at the dog groomer, Linda was washed, groomed and feeling her best!" said the rescuer.

With her new health and hygiene, Linda went to her rescuer's house for the first time.

This was a big change for Linda, who had never experienced the comfort of a bed or the pleasure of living indoors.

"She loved it! It didn't take long for her to get used to walking on a leash and living in a house," the rescue told us.

Social media coverage

The rescuer shared Linda's transformation on social media and the reactions were heartwarming.

Linda's photo caught the attention of many, spreading her story from gas station to a cozy home.

"After the rescue organization shared her photo on social media, Linda found an amazing family to call her own. We are so happy for her!" the rescue organization said.

A happy ending for Linda

Now Linda is part of a loving family and enjoys the warmth of a home she never knew she could have.

Linda's story reminds us that every dog deserves a chance at a loving home.
