Who doesn't love playing hide and seek? It is not only the thrill of the chase, but also the moment when someone is found that creates a lot of excitement, especially if it is with children, or better yet, with pets!

Moose is a 10-month-old Golden Retriever who adores his owner Shane and Lindsay.

This time, Moose was filmed on video as he diligently searches for his owners.

The search

Shane and Lindsay decided to let Moose play hide-and-seek.

Shane hid behind the bathroom door and Moose's tail wagged with excitement.

Little did Moose know that this playful game would lead to an adorable moment of confusion.

When Shane hid, Moose embarked on a mission to find him.

He shuffled from corner to corner as his tail radiated the pleasure of pursuit.

The video of Moose's enthusiastic search quickly caught the attention of the Internet world.

It is always exciting to see how pets react in interesting ways to things we never think about.

Mirror, mirror on the wall

When Moose entered the bathroom, Shane's reflection brought him to the mirror. What happened next was a moment of pure confusion and seriousness.

Moose stood still and looked at the reflection of himself, Shane and Lindsay. Only his young brain has yet to grasp that and that takes a while.

"Moose stood there for a few seconds full of amazement at what he saw, which made for the funniest and most adorable few seconds you'll see today."

But soon Moose understands what is going on and he quickly turns and jumps at Shane in a way that says "gotcha!

Do dogs really understand how mirrors work? Unlike humans, who rely on their eyesight, dogs rely primarily on their sense of smell.

The confusion of Moose, who is only 10 months old, is similar to that of human babies discovering new things.

Anyway, the Internet liked it, not only because Moose was searching so frantically, but also because he won in the end.

Golden Retrievers are among the purest dogs and are loved by many.
