At a local church, Tamíris Muzini, an interior designer, and her fiancé Douglas Robert were about to pronounce their wedding vows.

But little did they know that an unexpected guest would steal the show. This special guest was Caramelo, a sweet dog!

Caramelo mingled among the guests as if it were nothing, and when the time came, he stood at the door to give the newlyweds a special gift - his warm hugs and kisses!

The joyful surprise

Tamíris Muzini and her fiancé Douglas Robert have always had the idea of getting a dog, and fate seems to have heard their wishes at the perfect time!

Caramelo entered the church and acted as if it were the most ordinary thing in the world.

He lay on the ground and watched peacefully as the ceremony unfolded. It was as if he knew something wonderful was about to happen.

When Tamíris and Douglas stepped out of the church, Caramelo was the first to congratulate them!

He approached the newlyweds with such enthusiasm and a wagging tail, and began giving them warm hugs!

From stray dog to family member

Tamíris and Douglas, moved by Caramelo's sweet gesture, decided to adopt Caramelo. They just knew he was destined to be part of their new family.

Life was not always easy for Caramelo.

He had a sensitive nose and an injured paw, but Tamiris and Douglas took good care of him.

In just a few months, Caramelo turned into a totally new dog!

"We are about to celebrate 1 year of marriage and we realized that there really is no Douglas without Tamiris, Tamiris without Douglas and neither without Caramelo," they wrote on Caramelo's official Instagram.

Adventures of the trio

Now the trio, including Caramelo, are living the best life together. Every day is an adventure and Caramelo can't get enough of his owners.

And so Caramelo, once a stray dog with a difficult past, found his new home and became the family's best companion.
