Little Puppies Left In Cardboard Box Next To Dumpster, But Then Someone Comes To Their Rescue
It's hard to believe that anyone would abandon an innocent animal, but unfortunately that's what happened to these little puppies left in a box next to a garbage can.
The discovery
Olena Pyanov, a woman with a good heart who runs the rescue organization "Love Furry Friends," discovered a photo of these abandoned puppies on social media.
It was a sad sight and Olena could not ignore their plight.
She rushed to the spot to rescue the cold and hungry pups.
No one knew how long they had been in that box and no one understood why anyone would leave such innocent little animals in the middle of nowhere.
The rescue
Olena, a true animal hero, brought Betty and Richie to her animal shelter.
They were given a warm bath and lots of good food.
Her own dog, Mimi, became the little ones' new friend, offering them love and comfort.
"Love Furry Friends wants to give animals a second chance in life," said Olena Pyanov, founder of the organization.
Finding a new home
The story of Betty and Richie touched many hearts.
Olena shared their story on social media and soon people were flocking to adopt them.
Both dogs found new homes where they would be loved and cared for every day.
"I do everything I can to help these animals find a new home, even in difficult times," explains Olena, recounting the challenges she faced, especially during the war in Ukraine.
"I want to make sure that every pet, regardless of circumstances, gets the care and love it deserves."
